Who We Are
The Alder Creek Natural Area is a 2.3 acre park property associated with the Washington Park Arboretum. The Arboretum neighborhood launched restoration of the site in June 2008 under the auspices of Green Seattle Partnership. We host eight work parties annually, from September to June.
What We Do
We organize eight volunteer work parties annually; we remove invasive plant species and plant native perennials, shrubs, deciduous and conifer trees.
