Laurel Academy

We believe that all children have great potential and start off life with great interest in learning, and that difficulties in school are primarily a result of a poor or flawed educational approach and methods. If children have a purpose for the subjects being learned, along with the proper tools for recognizing barriers to learning and how to remedy them, they can be more responsible for their own learning situation and maintain their interest in the subjects they want to know about.

Our mission at Laurel Academy is to enhance our students’ native love of learning by using proven learning tools to ensure each student is winning and confident in their studies, to find their areas of interest they are passionate about and to teach them how to use these tools to become successful self-guided learners in these areas, resulting in graduates with the desires, the skills, and the abilities necessary to be successful in their chosen paths of study, work and life.
