Housing Development Consortium of Seattle-King County

The Housing Development Consortium of Seattle-King County is a non-profit membership association dedicated to the vision that everyone in King County has a safe, healthy, and affordable place to call home within a community of opportunity. Our 175+ members are non-profit affordable housing developers, service providers, public funders, lenders, architects, and others agencies working towards this vision for King County.

As a non-profit membership association for the King County affordable housing community, we:
- Advocate locally to close our affordable housing supply gaps with better tenant protections, land use, and development policy.
- Broker relationships between our members to maximize sector collaboration
- Collaborate with our members to innovate share best practices to meet our community's affordable housing need
