Who We Are

At Phinney Ridge Lutheran Church, we learn together every day. we are blessed with many ways to expand our understanding of our risen Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. At PRLC, we believe in life-long learning. Because of this, we offer many opportunities for exploration and growth to people of all ages.

We are also very involved in our community! Through the extensive use of our building by non-profit groups like choirs, AA, King County Bar Assn free legal clinic etc we enrich our neighborhood. We have a food bank and a child development center. We participate in many community events such as the Hunger Goblin Trick or Treat, the Greenwood Car Show and Art Walks. Our congregants support various local social justice nonprofits as well, such as Mary's Place and Compass Housings' Hammond House shelter.

What We Do

At Phinney Ridge Lutheran Church, we believe service and outreach are vital for any community attempting to follow Christ. We hope to fill up with God’s love in order to spill it out into our community. We serve out of abundance, not obligation. In this process, we meet Christ in those we serve, and are open to the meaningful change that true relationship offers the sever and the served. This life-giving activity takes many forms at PRLC.
