Who We Are
Supportive housing for adults with disabilities starts with Community Homes, Inc. Our non-profit organization, based in Bothell, Washington, creates rich, full lives for adults with developmental disabilities by providing and promoting quality, community-based housing and services. We select and support care providers to create an environment for residents to grow and experience independence in the community. Founders John and Ann Therrien started Community Homes in 1995 for their daughter, Jenny. They wanted her to have every opportunity to live more independently. Since then we have expanded to seven Adult Family Homes and six Shared Living households, serving 49 residents. Our live-in, licensed care providers ensure continuity of support services, enabling our residents to achieve their highest potential. |
