Who We Are
At Lake City Partners, our mission is to end homelessness by providing shelter and supportive services, so that people have increased opportunities for stabilization, recovery, and permanent housing.
We activate our mission by providing Shelter, Day Center, Outreach, and Client Services in the North Seattle/King County area. We work closely with many other organizations, government agencies, and service providers. We encourage our community members to participate in our collective work through volunteering, advocacy, and organizing work.
What We Do
Our neighborhood 501(c)3 was established in 2015 to:
1. Shelter, feed, and connect people experiencing homelessness to housing.
2. Provide transitional care in a healing environment.
3. Assist participants in finding permanent housing.
4. Champion projects arising out of the Lake City Taskforce on Homelessness.
5. Partner with community groups (HAP locations)
