Hepatitis Education Project

We believe every person should have a fair opportunity to attain his or her full health potential and no one should be disadvantaged from living a long, healthy life. Our service delivery model is designed to simplify access to care and help overcome barriers that are derived from social and community determinants of health equity. Our goal is to help people access the support and services they need, where they are, when they need it, without judgement. With authenticity and kindness, the relationships we build are grounded in the appreciation for a person’s autonomy. We admire self-expression, recognize the power of community, and promote the re-humanization of our health care system.
The Hepatitis Education Project is committed to improving health of underserved communities disproportionately impacted by viral hepatitis. We offer free hep C testing, hep B testing, medical case management, correctional health program, a syringe services program, free vaccines and low barrier Buprenorphrine.
