Providence ElderPlace-PACE is an innovative program of services for older adults. Providence ElderPlace helps older adults remain as healthy and independent as possible in the community for as long as possible.
Are you passionate about making a difference in someone's life? We are seeking volunteers to support an elderly participant diagnosed with a neurocognitive disorder (dementia) who is very engaging and social. The participant is currently experiencing depression and would greatly benefit from social interaction.
About the Participant:
- Lives in Lynwood (98036)
- Loves music and is particularly interested in volunteers who can play the piano or guitar
- Enjoys engaging conversations and activities
Volunteer Requirements:
- Friendly, patient, and compassionate
- Willing to engage in musical activities and conversations
- Available for in-person visits in Lynwood
