Providence Elder Place is an innovative program of services for older adults. Providence Elder Place helps older adults remain as healthy and independent as possible in the community for as long as possible.
We are currently seeking a Laotian-speaking volunteer in the Kent, WA (98031) area to support a senior participant over the age of 70.
Participant Overview:
- Senior participant who would love companionship
- Enjoys going for walks and socializing
- Looking for a friendly, engaging volunteer who can provide conversation and companionship in Laotian
Volunteer Role:
- Provide companionship through conversation
- Go on light walks together, as appropriate
- Help reduce isolation and bring joy through regular visits
