Would you like to extend care to our unhoused neighbors?
Lake City Partners warmly invites you to join in our first Outreach Care Package assembly and delivery event on November 19, 2022. People from all different walks of life, congregations, and organizations will come together at Ronald United Methodist Church at 2pm to craft sack lunch bags and necessities packages to distribute to people experiencing unsheltered homelessness in Shoreline.
As the weather gets colder there are many people living outside this year. In this season of giving we are creating this event to bring the community together in an act of compassion in the spirit of our shared humanity.
How can you help?
You can either attend the care package assembly event, join LCP for distribution at Black Coffee on Aurora, or provide in-kind donations of the supplies needed.
Some examples of the items we are asking for are the supplies for the sack lunches (sandwich materials, snacks, waters) as well as care items such as socks and hygiene supplies.
