Halloween Work Party in Pioneer Park
Halloween is approaching and what better way to get in the spooky spirit than hanging out with spiders and eating candy, all while helping to improve habitat for owls, bats, and bugs (among many other forest critters). Help us remove weeds to prepare for planting later on this month.
Get your hands in the dirt, work alongside neighbors and friends, and eat candy! No experience necessary; gloves and tools are provided.
When: Saturday, October 26th, 10am-1pm
Where: Pioneer Park NE. Meet at SE corner of the quadrant
What to bring: Dress for the weather in clothes you don’t mind getting dirty (think: long pants, boots or sneakers). Bring water. Small snacks, gloves, and tools will be provided.
