Join Dirt Corps and Trees for Seattle for December's wrap-up tree care event at Meadowbrook Pond! We'll be removing harmful English ivy and mulching to keep our trees happy and healthy through the winter. Then, we'll be participating in the Luminaria Walk, a magical annual event where volunteers place 900 bags of lights, create a bandstand, and welcome community members to stroll around the twinkling pond and enjoy a music-filled evening.
All skill levels are welcome! Please wear closed-toed shoes, weather-appropriate clothes that can get dirty, and bring a water bottle. Tools, gloves, snacks, and drinks will be provided.
