The volunteer shifts at Rainier Beach Community Center are:
- Shift 1: Saturdays, from 9:30am – 12:30pm
- Shift 2: Saturdays, from 12:30pm – 3:30pm
- Shift 3: Sundays, from 9:30am – 12:30pm
- Shift 4: Sundays, from 12:30pm – 3:30pm

Below you will find the date and start time of your first weekly shift. This date and time will correspond to your shift choice for the rest of the season. Please note: We ask volunteers to commit to 1 weekly 3 hour shift for the duration of the tax season: 1/20/2026 – 4/19/2026 (13 shifts over 13 weeks).
- Shift 1: Select “ Sat Jan 24 @ 9:30am” below
- Shift 2: Select “ Sat Jan 24 @ 12:30pm” below
- Shift 3: Select “ Sun Jan 25 @ 9:30am” below
- Shift 4: Select “ Sun Jan 25 @ 12:30pm” below
For example:
You select “Sat Jan 24 @ 9:30am, duration: 3 hours.”
This means your reoccurring volunteer shift will be every Saturday from 9:30am to 12:30pm
