Volunteer shifts at Southcenter Mall are:
- Shift 1: Thursdays, from 10:30AM – 2:30PM
- Shift 2: Thursdays, from 2:30PM – 6:30PM
- Shift 3: Saturdays, from 10:30AM – 2:30PM
- Shift 4: Saturdays, from 2:30PM – 6:30PM
- Shift 5: Sundays, from 10:30AM – 2:30PM
- Shift 6: Sundays, from 2:30PM – 6:30PM

Below you will find the date and start time of your first weekly shift. This date and time will correspond to your shift choice for the rest of the season. Please note: We ask volunteers to commit to 1 weekly 4 hour shift for the duration of the tax season: 1/20/2026 – 4/19/2026 (13 shifts over 13 weeks).

For example:
You select “Thurs Jan 22 @ 10:30 am, duration: 4 hours.”
This means your reoccurring volunteer shift will be every Thursday from 10:30am to 2:30pm.
