The Northwest Railway Museum is seeking volunteers to help support Santa Train, our festive holiday tradition bringing families together for a magical train ride experience each winter.
Santa Train is one of the Museum’s most popular events of the year, and volunteers play a key role in creating a welcoming, joyful, and well-organized experience for our guests.

Volunteer Roles (Grounds Crew)
Grounds Crew volunteers assist with guest flow, activities, and holiday cheer throughout the event site. Roles may include:

Drinks Attendant

Activity Helpers (crafts and kid-friendly stations)

Crowd Control and guest assistance

Santa’s “Bouncer” (helping manage lines and guest flow for Santa photos)
No prior experience is required. Volunteers should be friendly, reliable, and comfortable interacting with families and children in a busy, festive environment.
