As the Volunteer Site Coordinator, you’ll lead and support our dedicated team of volunteers to ensure meals reach those who need them. From organizing routes to stepping in to call, pack, or deliver when needed, coordinators lead the heart of our daily operations. You’ll coordinate schedules, make sure delivery drivers head out with the right bags, and assist with key office tasks that help keep Meals on Wheels running smoothly.
This role is based at the Meals on Wheels office inside the Federal Way Community Center on Thursdays from 8–11 a.m., with some additional coordinator duties that can be done remotely. We’re looking for someone who can commit to the role long term and enjoys being part of a caring, mission-driven team.
Requirements: Complete the Meals on Wheels Volunteer Application, consent to a Washington State Patrol background check, the ability to lift 15 pounds, and be age 21 or more.
