Concert Usher

As a Concert Usher, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all concert attendees. You will assist with seating, provide information, and help maintain a safe and welcoming environment. 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 
Greets and welcomes concert attendees. 
Checks tickets and guide attendees to their seats. 
Provides information about the event, venue, and facilities. 
Assists with crowd control and ensure safety protocols are followed. 
Addresses any questions or concerns from attendees. 
Reports any issues or emergencies to the venue staff. 

KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / ABILITIES 
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment. 
Strong problem-solving skills. 
Knowledge of the venue layout and event details. 
Ability to work well in a team.

Additional Details:
SUPPORT 
Training will be provided prior to the event. 
Access to a supervisor or event coordinator for guidance and support. 
Opportunities for feedback and improvement. 

DRESS CODE 
Wear black slacks / pants and a white button-up shirt, unless otherwise designated. 
Comfortable, closed-toe shoes. 
Name badge or identification tag. 

PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORK ENVIRONMENT 
Work involves walking, talking, and hearing; using hands to handle, feel, or operate objects, tools, or controls; and reach with hands and arms.  
Vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.  
The individual may be required to push, pull, lift, and/or carry objects up to 20 pounds and to stand and walk for extended periods. 
The noise level in the work environment is dynamic and sometimes noisy.
