JOB SUMMARY
The Greeter will be responsible for welcoming performers at the Artist's Entrance, ensuring they are on the access list, and directing them efficiently to the elevator and backstage areas. This role is crucial in maintaining smooth entry processes and clear communication with event staff.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Greets performers and volunteers as they arrive at the Artist's Entrance.
Checks performers and volunteers against the access list and ensures they are marked off upon arrival.
Directs performers to the elevator and backstage areas, and volunteers to their designated meeting locations.
Communicates with other event staff to check on performers and/or performers who may not be on the list.
Assists with any entry-related issues and provides information as needed.
Maintains a welcoming and professional atmosphere at the Artist's Entrance.
KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / ABILITIES
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with diverse groups.
Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
