Description

Assist with setting up promotional and engagement opportunities in the lobby before the doors open. Includes placement of graphics, setting up photo backdrop and billboard, assisting partners with setting up tables.

Additional Details:
SUPPORT 
Training will be provided prior to the event. 
Access to the Production Manager for guidance and support. 
Opportunities for feedback and improvement. 

DRESS CODE 
Wear comfortable attire suitable for set up work. 
Closed-toe shoes for safety. 
Name badge or identification tag. 

PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORK ENVIRONMENT 
Work involves walking, talking, and hearing; using hands to handle, feel, or operate objects, tools, or controls; and reach with hands and arms.  
Vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.  
The individual may be required to push, pull, lift, and/or carry objects up to 25 pounds and to stand and walk for extended periods. 
The noise level in the work environment is dynamic and sometimes noisy.
