Join Dirt Corps this May to learn about foraging in the urban landscape and help us care for this section of the West Duwamish Greenbelt. We'll be learning about human-appreciated plants in the PNW, and how biodiversity in Westcrest Park relates to this effort. We'll then be caring for our restoration area by applying mulch around the native plants and trees, removing weeds (looking at you, blackberry! a yummy but gnarly invasive species), and performing other important kinds of landscape maintenance.
