Description:
Birthday Dreams is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our
team in a hands-on support role across operations, development, and community
events.
This in-office volunteer position works closely with our Executive Director, Development Director, and Community Events Coordinator. It’s a unique opportunity to gain meaningful nonprofit experience while contributing to a mission that brings hope, joy, and a sense of self-worth to children experiencing homelessness.
We are looking for someone who is dependable, takes initiative, and enjoys being part of a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.
Responsibilities may include:
- Assisting with event planning and execution
- Supporting donor and fundraising initiatives
- Helping manage and organize community event projects
- Providing general administrative and project support
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to take initiative and work independently
- Willingness to jump in and help wherever needed
- Reliable and consistent availability
- Interest in nonprofit work, events, or fundraising
Time Commitment:
10–20 hours per week
Important:
This is an in-office position in Renton. Remote work is not available
for this role.
