Description:
Birthday Dreams is looking for volunteer bakers to create birthday cakes for
children experiencing homelessness.
As a volunteer cake baker, you’ll bake and decorate cakes in your own kitchen—helping ensure every child we serve feels celebrated on their special day.
✨ Bake when it works for you. There’s no minimum commitment—simply sign up for cakes based on your availability.
What You’ll Do:
- Bake and decorate birthday cakes based on a child’s requested theme or interests
- Sign up for cake opportunities when your schedule allows
- Help create meaningful birthday moments for children in our community
What We’re Looking For:
- Reliable and able to follow through on cakes you sign up for
- Basic baking and decorating skills
- Ability to meet agreed-upon timelines
- A heart for making a difference
Time Commitment:
Flexible—no minimum requirement. Bake as often or as little as your schedule
allows.
Why This Role Matters:
For many of the children we serve, this may be their only birthday celebration.
Your cake becomes the centerpiece of a moment they will remember.
