Family Resource Fair Volunteers play an important role in creating a welcoming, supportive, and engaging experience for families attending this special event. The fair is centered on celebrating families and connecting them with essential resources, services, and basic needs that support housing stability and overall well-being.
As a volunteer, you’ll help ensure the event runs smoothly while contributing to a positive and uplifting environment for all participants. This is a hands-on opportunity to directly support families in our community.
Volunteer responsibilities may include:
- Assisting with event setup and takedown (tables, chairs, signage, and supplies)
- Greeting and welcoming families as they arrive
- Helping guide families throughout the event and answering basic questions
- Supporting activity stations or resource areas
- Assisting with the distribution of essential items such as hygiene products, diapers, or food (as available)
