Join Dirt Corps this June to celebrate Summer Berries and help us care for this section of the West Duwamish Greenbelt. We'll be learning about all the diverse edible berries that grow in the PNW and how biodiversity in Westcrest Park is important to keeping our communities vibrant and healthy. We'll then care for our restoration area by applying mulch around the native plants and trees, removing weeds (looking at you, blackberry! a yummy but gnarly invasive species), and performing other important landscape maintenance.
