Make a Difference, Empower an Elderly or Disabled Adult

Volunteer Services is committed to helping low-income elders and adults with disabilities remain independent in their own homes through a network of caring community members. Volunteers assist with chores, such as housework, laundry, shopping, transportation and yard work. Volunteers usually help a couple of hours weekly or monthly in their neighborhood. The hours are flexible. Training, insurance, and Due to the vulnerable population we serve, volunteers must complete an application form which includes providing 3 references, passing a Washington State Patrol Background Check, and attend an orientation.
