At the URS (Urban Rest Stop) LIHI provides free restrooms, showers, and laundry facilities to homeless men, women, and children with a clean, safe, and dignified environment. The URS offers more than free hygiene facilities. Patrons also receive free toiletries, other items might include socks, hats, and gloves from donors of the Urban Rest Stop.
Volunteers assist with patrons using the facility to navigate through the facility, and also connect with staff for other services that may be helpful to the patron(s).
