One Equal Heart is a Seattle-based nonprofit organization that collaborates with indigenous leaders in Mexico to honor and to nurture sustainable agriculture, equitable communities and traditional knowledge.
We are a growing organization and want to expand our Board of directors as we increase our impact in Mexico.
One Equal Heart advances its mission by partnering with Mexico-based organizations that provide leadership training and community education programs to equip people with skills and knowledge necessary for:
- growing food and building economies
- advancing rights of women and children, and
- strengthening language and culture
Board members guide program development, support fundraising, set policies, and provide financial oversight. We are particularly interested in board members with financial, business, or accounting experience.
