SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
- Assist with large mailings for client services, donors, company events, etc. as directed.
- Coordinate assigned events and meeting set-up including securing and arranging space, food & beverages, supplies, electronic equipment, etc. as directed by the requesting person.
- Assist with company events including company-wide parties, client events and other celebrations.
- Work independently within a team on special, nonrecurring and ongoing projects.
- Assist in filing as requested.
- Other duties as assigned.

This position does not contain any direct supervision of others.

Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Ability to understand clear and concise verbal instructions.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
