The Accelerator Y is hosting a Young Adult Services (YAS) Conference in August. This conference is going to be a two-day event, where young adults who are a part of our branch can come to learn about different areas, attend workshops, talk to community partners and gain resources.
The event is taking place on Tuesday, August 22nd 10:00-4:30pm and Wednesday, August 23rd 10:00-5:30pm. As a part of this event, we are hosting 2 Breakout Sessions on each day, where organizations and businesses can come in and teach workshops to interested young adults.
We are looking for a group of 15-20 volunteers to help on Wednesday, August 23rd from 10:00-6:00pm. Responsibilities would include set-up, clean-up, food serving, registration, greeting, and general event facilitatation and directon.
