Our PTSA will be hosting their 4th school auction on March 24th from 7-10pm at the Rainier Beach Community Club. We are in need of volunteers that aren't parents from the school or PTSA members for our event.
I'm specifically looking for the following:
(3) check in and check out volunteers
I’d also love volunteers for the following:
(2) Spotters
(1) Live auction recorder
(1) Wine grab tickets
(1) Raffle ticket seller
(1) Heads or tails ticket seller
(1) Bartender
(1-2) Tray passer for apps
Some background on our school....
South Shore School is located in the Rainier Beach neighborhood in South Seattle. Our school is one of the most diverse schools in the nation with 622 children ages 4-14 with 65% on free or reduced lunch programs.
Our Auction Fundraiser accounts for the majority of our annual budget, which supports key school programs and various items for students and/or classrooms.
