Retired & Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) is welcoming volunteers now!
RSVP is a national service program that makes volunteering easy and rewarding by finding volunteer positions for those 55 years and older. We partner with over 40 public and nonprofit organizations in need of volunteers and can help find the right opportunity for you!
Volunteers are needed to meet the following community needs:
- K-12 success - tutor youth struggling in school.
- Increasing food security - serve meals or assist in cooking classes and nutrition education.
- Promoting independence for older adults - become a companion or help with around-the-house repairs for seniors.
- Improving access to health care for older adults and adults with disabilities - provide free, unbiased, and confidential advice on Medicare options.
- Providing services & building capacity at nonprofits - many more opportunities to fit your interests and skills.
