PROVAIL is a non-profit organization whose mission is to support people with disabilities to fulfill their life choices. Our programs meet critical needs and address gaps in services for the disability community, building a collaborative network to create a person-centered holistic approach. We provide services for children, youth, and adults with a broad range of disabilities.
We are looking for volunteers to join us on Saturday, April 25th for the annual Inclusion Matters: Gala and Auction. Volunteers will assist in various aspects of event set up and operation. Individuals and groups are welcome.
Volunteers can choose between a daytime shift and an evening shift and should expect to commit 6 to 8 hours on the 25th. Evening volunteers must be 21 or older.
The volunteer will gain valuable and applicable experience in fundraising events.
Roles and responsibilities include:
- Event set up including tables, decorations, auction items, etc.
- Auction support including registration,check out, live auction, raffle sales, and wine toss.
- Overall event support such as greeting and coat check.
- Other duties as necessary.
