When families don’t have to choose between food on the table and a roof overhead, our entire community wins. Our Fuel Your Future work connects kids to nutritious food—during the school year and beyond.
Join us for our next Connect for Good: Summer Meals opportunity for a more in-depth volunteer experience around issues of hunger and food insecurity in our local neighborhoods.
Participants learn from experts on the issue, roll up their sleeves to volunteer and fundraise to support effective solutions. The experience culminates in the group of 25 Emerging Leaders planning and facilitating fun activities for elementary school children and their families at the Summer Meals kickoff event.
Note that this is a multiple day volunteering opportunity and participants will need to commit to the following schedule:

June 12-June 24 (fundraise and work on activities)

This opportunity is open to young professionals in their 20s and 30s as part of our Emerging Leaders program.
