Spring has sprung (and so have the weeds!). Your neighborhood elders need your help!
Please join the PNA Village on May 11 for their Community Gardening Day. On this day, the Village will bring together members of our community to provide spring clean- up (i.e. weeding, trimming, planting) for elder in NW Seattle. We’ll work in small teams from 9 AM - 1 PM, with each team gardening at 2 homes. This is a great opportunity to meet your neighbors and participate in the PNA Village’s mission to build community around our elders. No gardening experience is necessary. Please bring gardening gloves and small tools, if you have them.
Families are encouraged to participate together! Community groups are welcome! Plan to arrive at the Greenwood Senior Center, 525 N 85 th Street, no later than 9 AM to be placed into a team.
