The Greenbridge Health Fair provides free health services and resources to help families stay safe and drug free! There will also be free healthy food, prizes, entertainment, and giveaways. Don’t miss this fun, healthy, and family-friendly event!
SET UP 2p – 4p
Help event organizers with activities related to event set up. Volunteers must be able to lift, squat, and carry 20 lbs.
Minimum Age: 16
Need: 6-10 people
REGISTRATION 3:30p – 7p
You will be among the first people vendors, volunteers, and guests encounter as they arrive at the Health Fair. You will be responsible for welcoming them, helping them register or check in for the event, and answering any necessary questions or directing them to troubleshooting as needed.

Need: 2-4 people
FOOD PREP & SERVING 2:30p – 7p
You will be responsible for preparing food, welcoming guests, helping ensure their food is delivered in a timely manner, responding to any culinary requests, answering any necessary questions and/or directing them to troubleshooting as needed. Food Handlers’ Permit preferred, but not required.
Minimum Age: 16
Need: 4-8 people
COMPOST CAPTAINS 4p – 7:30p
Act as the ambassador of each of the garbage/recycle/compost stations and direct guests to proper disposal of their items as needed.

Need: 2-4 people
NEIGHBORHOOD HOUSE AMBASSADOR 3:30p – 7p
Assist people visiting Neighborhood House’s Outreach Table by answering questions, distributing materials, and being a friendly face for our agency.
Minimum age: 16
Need: 2 people
INTERPRETATION 4p – 7p
Assist fair participants by translating as needed in Somali, Vietnamese, Chinese, Khmer/Cambodian, Amharic, Oromo, or Spanish.
Minimum age: 16
Need: The more the merrier!
KIDS ACTIVITIES 3p – 7p
Keep station clean and do crowd control.
Minimum age: 16
Need: 1 person
Can you do henna, face painting, origami or another fun art or craft activity? We can provide the supplies if you can provide the skill and enthusiasm!
Minimum age: 12+, with adult
Need: 4-6 people
PHOTOGRAPHER 4p – 7p
Do you have a knack for photography and a love of capturing the many faces and personalities that make up our community? Photos may be used for fundraising, community, and employee events. We will provide a list of the types of photos we would like to receive.
Minimum age: 16
Need: 1-2 people
CLEAN UP 6:30p – 8p
Help us leave Greenbridge Plaza a fresh and welcoming place to be by assisting in event clean-up.
Minimum age: 16
Need: Many hands make light work; the more the merrier!
