We’ve had some time to catch our breath after the busy holiday season and now we need your help to sort through all the donations that came in in January! We will be sorting and organizing donations at the Compass Housing Alliance building in South Lake Union on President’s Day. There will be two shifts, one from 10am-1pm and one from 2pm-5pm. Volunteers are welcome to sign up for both shifts but we do ask that you are not in the building from 1-2pm (there are lots of great lunch spots and food trucks in the neighborhood!).
This activity will be taking place indoors BUT please still dress for the weather and wear layers – our garage door is not heat sealing so the garage where we will be working can get pretty chilly. Please also wear clothes that you are okay with getting dusty & lifting/carrying things in.
