Join the Northwest Railway Museum in Snoqualmie for our annual Day Out With Thomas event! Each year, the museum welcomes thousands of young rail fans and their families to meet Thomas the Tank Engine in person, experience the excitement of a working railroad, and enjoy themed activities at the historic Snoqualmie Depot and Train Shed Exhibit Hall!
Volunteers help with welcoming visitors, managing activity stations, and even with running our train. Shifts vary, but are from 7:15 am to 7:15 pm for train crew and 8:00 or 8:30 am to 6:00 pm for grounds crew. The Museum will provide lunch, water, and t-shirts. Join your community for this family fun event!
Shifts are available Friday - Sunday, July 11-13; July 18-20; and July 25-27. Volunteers must confirm their shift(s) with the Museum's Program Coordinator before participation.
