Description

Join Mid Sound Fisheries Enhancement Group on the King County Parks-owned West Sammamish River Trail in Woodinville to restore Chinook salmon habitat! We are in the process of removing Himalayan blackberry from a 1200 foot stretch of river bank and mulching the site to prevent re-growth. Your help and support is so valuable and necessary to getting this work done!

Upon signing up you will receive an email with information on how to access the site. If you are under 18 and attending without a parent or guardian, please also print and fill out the Youth Waiver Form attached to the confirmation email and bring it with you to the event!

Important notes:

  • Any volunteers under 18 attending without a parent or guardian must have a guardian fill and sign the attached Youth Waiver Form and bring it to the event.
  • King County Parks requires all volunteers on county property 12 years old and over to be fully vaccinated against Covid-19. We will ask for proof of vaccination at the event!
