Adult Allies are an essential part of our Activista program! Activistas are BIPOC girls and gender expansive youth ages 14-18 who create social justice presentations for the Girlvolution conference. To help them develop their projects, youth participate in workshops and field trips exploring a wide variety of social issues and strategies for justice. Each young person is paired with an Adult Ally who supports them while they research topics and craft their presentations.

Please respond by January 16th so we can send you a volunteer application. We are looking for adults who can speak to the lived experiences of BIPOC girls and gender expansive youth. Black/African, Muslim and Latine folks are encouraged to apply, as well as trans women and nonbinary folks.
