Girlvolution is Powerful Voices' annual social justice conference featuring presentations by youth in our Activistas program, and a BIPOC-youth market and resource fair.
This year Girlvolution will be held Saturday, May 13, 2023, 10am-4pm, at the Samuel E Kelly Ethnic Cultural Center at the University of Washington. We have three volunteer shifts available. Breakfast pastries, lunch, and snacks will be provided.
--Morning: 8:30am-noon; includes orientation and breakfast snacks
--afternoon: 12pm-4pm
--third: 4-6pm for tear down and clean up
Aside from general set up and tear down, we'll need folks for vendor support, tech support, food set up, and general floaters.
