Do you want to do something about the homelessness crisis, but aren't sure how to help our unhoused neighbors? If you have data entry and administrative skills, you can volunteer your time to assist our housing support programs!
Solid Ground’s Regional Access Point supports Coordinated Entry (CE), which ensures that people experiencing homelessness have equitable access to housing resource connections to resolve their housing crisis. This position supports the team in the following ways:
- Data entry into HMIS (Homeless Management Information System) to provide services to people experiencing homelessness
- Enroll callers into the internal database/Caseworthy
- Listening to the voice mail messages from callers and transcribing that information as needed from Excel spreadsheet
