Volunteer shifts at Lake City Customer Service Center are:
- Shift 1: Mondays, from 4:30PM – 8:30PM
- Shift 2: Tuesdays, from 4:30PM – 8:30PM
- Shift 3: Wednesdays, from 4:30PM – 8:30PM
- Shift 4: Thursdays, from 4:30PM – 8:30PM
- Shift 5: Sundays, from 8:30AM – 12:00PM
- Shift 6: Sundays, from 12:00PM – 3:30PM

Below you will find the date and start time of your first weekly shift. This date and time will correspond to your shift choice for the rest of the season. Please note: We ask volunteers to commit to one weekly shift for the duration of the tax season: 1/8/2024 – 4/21/2024.
- Shift 1: Select “Mon Jan 8, 2024 @ 4:30 PM” below
- Shift 2: Select “Tue Jan 9, 2024 @ 4:30 PM” below
- Shift 3: Select “Wed Jan 10, 2024 @ 4:30 PM” below
- Shift 4: Select “Thu Jan 11, 2024 @ 4:30 PM” below
- Shift 5: Select “Sun Jan 14, 2024 @ 8:30 AM” below
- Shift 6: Select “Sun Jan 14, 2024 @ 12:00 PM” below
For example:
You select “Tues Jan 9 @ 4:30 pm, duration: 4 hours.”
This means your reoccurring volunteer shift will be every Tuesday from 4:30pm to 8:30pm.
