Overview
Kandelia Partners with a variety of contractors and other local CBO’s to offer a variety of programs to high school aged youth. Programs take place in person and are held at Seattle World School.
Programs change regularly based on the needs of wants of the students. We have offered a wide variety of extra-curricular Activities including sports, arts, homework help, and english classes.
Day: Monday - Friday

Time Commitment: Min. 1.5 hours
- We are seeking volunteers to tutor students after school.
- Tutor students 1:1 or in small groups according to the students’ needs and volunteer’s preference
- Work Closely with students to complete homework and other activities assigned to them in class.
- Establish and maintain effective, positive working relationships with students, staff, and other volunteers
- Provide a safe and welcoming environment for all students by exhibiting a genuine, caring attitude
