All are welcome to join Dirt Corps and Trees for Seattle at June's "Pride at the Pond" event! We'll continue our efforts to enhance biodiversity in the Meadowbrook Pond ecosystem by focusing on the North side, where we'll remove invasive ivy and spread nourishing mulch. In the spirit of Pride, feel free to dress in your most colorful outfit or simply bring your colorful self as is!
All skill levels are welcome! Please wear clothing that can get dirty, including long sleeves, long pants, and closed-toed shoes. We’ll be working rain or shine, so make sure to bring sun or rain protection as needed! We’ll be providing the tools, snacks, and water. Bring work gloves if you have them, and we’ll have some folks can borrow as well. We hope you’ll join us!
