The mission of GRASSROOT PROJECTS is to empower under-resourced immigrant and refugee children in the U.S. We provide resources and guidance to help them integrate successfully within the community. Our motto is "Small Projects, Big Dreams." Our projects fund or directly provide resources for the children's health, nutrition, clothing, education, and cultural needs. Our children are our future. We embrace our responsibility to nurture them and create the conditions through which they can thrive and achieve success. Grassroot Projects envisions a future in which immigrant and refugee children feel special and wanted and have the opportunity to simply enjoy their childhoods. We were established in 2017 in Sammamish, WA and are almost exclusively volunteer run. We have an outreach all over King county as well as in the city of Indianapolis, IN.
