Who We Are

Gambian Talents Promotion, now Washington West African Center is a local 501c3 registered in the state of Washington with a mission to Connect West Africans in Washington with local resources and bridge the gap between us and the wider community. We are the 211 for the West Africans in Washington. Our office serves as a hub and safe haven for our community. We strive to connect our community members with resources to improve their well-being and livelihoods. We also ensure that these resources are delivered in a way that is sensitive to individuals' culture but also in a value driven way.
