Helping horses while enjoying the outdoors!

Every year thousands of horse are abused, abandoned or sent to slaughter. Serenity rescues these horses and works to make them whole again so that they can be placed in a forever home. Our mission is multi-faceted and there are a lot of opportunities to be of service. Our volunteers are the heart of our organization. We have no paid positions. Even though we are a non-profit we are also a business. Yes, All volunteers must go through and orientation. Volunteers must commit to 3 months of service after the volunteer decides on the schedule that they can work. Volunteers should be able to lift 50 Ibs and enjoy being in the outdoors working around animals. Please see the website for further information.
