Activities
It's time to plant! One of the most rewarding parts of restoring a habitat is to plant the native plants that will continue to grow in that place for decades to come. Join us for a community planting restoration event where you will get to better Seward Park while getting to know others in your community!
What to Bring
Dress for the weather! Boots are great, but any closed toe shoes will work as long as you're OK with getting them dirty. We'll provide the tools and the work gloves. Bring your water bottle! We will provide coffee and light snacks.
Where to Meet
Park at the upper lot near picnic shelter 3. We will meet by the bathrooms in front of the parking lot.
Where to Park
You may park in the lower lot near the swimming beach or in the upper lot near Picnic Shelter #3 and the upper playground.
