Providence Elder Place PACE is an innovative program of services for older adults. Providence Elder Place helps older adults remain as healthy and independent as possible in the community for as long as they choose.
Are you passionate about making a difference in someone's life? We are seeking volunteers to support an elderly participant who reports feeling bored and lacking socialization. Volunteers can engage in person or virtually through the GrandPad device.
About the Participant:
- Recently moved to Seattle (2-3 years ago) from Alaska
- Enjoys outdoor activities, music, and word searches
- Active on his GrandPad device
Volunteer Requirements:
- Friendly and patient
- Willing to engage in conversations and activities
- Available for in-person visits in Federal Way (98023) or virtual visits via GrandPad
